IN PARIS DARK
It's Time for a Smarter Vampire Story
About the Writer and Other Scripts by Paul Primera

PAUL PRIMERA
The writer of the following is not a film school grad, but only a student of the human condition and an instinctual writer.  Paul Primera has optioned several scripts and has sold a feature length, big budget action adventure screenplay that was not produced (as go so many good stories in Hollywood).  The themes about which he writes range from horror to science fiction, period drama and romantic comedy.  Most often he is told by those in the know that his material is too smart for commercial success.  To that, one must reply, tell it to Chrichton and Clarke (may God rest their souls) and many others who believe in an intelligent audience out there.
Paul moved from the east coast to Los Angeles in 1998 to pursue a career in screenwriting and will be damned if he leaves before some of his many story ideas are rendered on the silver screen for the enjoyment of the public who he believes desires more than the customary, formulaic shloc that sells popcorn most weekends.
